Terms and Conditions

Payments and deposits 

Payments and deposits can be made via bank transfer once your trip is booked.

A 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking your trip. 

Payments will be taken in full 30 days prior to your trip.*

*If you have booked with shorter notice than 30 days, payment will be taken in full for your package.

Cancellations 

Any cancellations within 30 days of your trip will be charged 50% of the package. *

Any cancellations within 60 days of your trip will be charged 25% of the package. *

*Extenuating circumstances - these will be considered, please contact the team via info@calpesporting as soon as possible if this is the case. 

No kill

In the event that you are not presented with a suitable animal you will not be charged the cost of the animal but will still be charged for : Hospitality, airport reception and transfers, local transport, local hunting licences, local firearms licences (If applicable), guide and hunting Insurance. 

Wounding

Full rates will be charged for wounding.
